ساعات قليلة، ربما دقائق تفصلنا عن الإعلان عن ترشيحات الحدث البارز والأضخم عالمياً لتكريم صناعة الأفلام في هوليوود، جائزة الأوسكار. اليوم الثلاثاء 23 يناير في تمام الساعة 8:30 بالتوقيت الشرقي للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية الذي سيوافق الساعة 4:30 عصراً بتوقيت السعودية، سيتم الكشف عن الجولة الأخيرة من قائمة الأفلام المشاركة والمرشحة لنيل تمثال الأوسكار العالمي، وذلك خلال بث مباشر يستضيفه زازي بيتز، وجاك كويد في لوس أنجلوس.
وسيُقام الحفل المنتظر الذي يُعد من أبرز الاحتفالات في عالم الترفيه، ويجذب اهتمام الملايين حول العالم، في مسرح دولبي، يوم الأحد 10 من مارس 2024، وسيُبث مباشرةً على قناة ABC.
أبرز الأفلام المتنافسة على جائزة أوسكار
تشمل الأفلام التي من المتوقع أن تتنافس على جائزة أوسكار فيلم Oppenheimer للمخرج كريستوفر نولان، والذي اكتسح جوائز غولدن غلوب وجوائز اختيار النقاد في وقتٍ سابق من هذا الشهر. ينافسه فيلم Barbie، من إخراج غريتا جيرويج، وKillers of the Flower Moon للمخرج مارتن سكورسيزي. وPoor Things بطولة إيما ستون.

مضيف حفل توزيع جوائز أوسكار
أعلنت أكاديمية فنون وعلوم الصور المتحركة عن عودة جيمي كيميل لتقديم حفل توزيع جوائز الأوسكار الـ96، لعام 2024، للمرة الثانية على التوالي والرابعة عموماً. وجاء هذا الإعلان بعد أن قدم كيميل الحفل في عامي 2017 و2018، ثم عاد مرة أخرى لتقديمه في 2023. وفي تصريح له، قال كيميل: لطالما حلمت بتقديم حفل الأوسكار أربع مرات بالضبط.
